Turkey Land Tour

Tour starts in the morning from the hotel to airport by flight TK2126 ETD 08:00am09:20am, travel from Istanbul to Ankara.

Visit the Hittite Museum and Mausoleum of Ataturk. After lunch drive to Cappadocia. Dinner and overnight.

Optional Hot Air Balloon Flight, this is a truly a once in a lifetime experience and there is no better way to see the distinctive landscapes of Cappadocia than by gently floating overhead in a hot air balloon. We guarantee the departure as long as the weather allows.

Breakfast at the hotel, morning visit to the Underground city of Ozkonak & Citadel of Uchisar. After lunch continue with the valley of Goreme & Open air museum. The last sites will be Pasabag Valley and Avanos.

Return to hotel for dinner and overnight.

Early departure for Konya. On the way visit the 13 th century Seljukian caravanserai ”Sultanhan”. The next stop will be Konya which is famous with Mevlana Museum and the Theological Scholl of Whirling Dervishes.Lunch enroute, drive to Pamukkale.

Breakfast and visit the ancient city of Hierapolis. The ruins of the biggest Necropolis

Graveyard of the ancient world, Roman Baths, Basilica, and calcium cliffs. Drive to

Meryemana and visit House of Virgin Mary. After lunch Continue to Ephesus, the

Romen Capital of Asia Minor. Visit the ruins of Odeon, Hercules Gate, the Temple of Hadrian, the magnificient library, Agora, and fantastic greco-roman theatre. The end of tour, we drive to our Izmir airport for our domestic flight back to Istanbul. Arrive in Istanbul, we drive to our hotel in Istanbul.

After breakfast we set off on a full day of sightseeing in Istanbul. We will start with a visit to the renewed Sultanahmet Mosque, known popularly as The Blue Mosque an incredibly beautiful mosque known for its blue Iznik (Nicaea) tiles are unique for the fact that it has six minarets.

We continue to the Hippodrome once the vast arena that functioned as the heart of sporting (chariots races and athletics) events and political activities of the old city. From here we go to the nearby Hagia Sophia the Church of Divine Wisdom. Ranking as one of the greatest marvels of world architecture, this awe-inspiring building was constructed as a basilica in the 6th century by Byzantine Emperor Justinian.

After lunch our next visit will be Topkapi Palace which for more than 400 years was the imperial residence of the Ottoman Sultans; now home to the priceless collection’s porcelain, jewelry, calligraphy, and many masterpieces of art. The tour will end with the visit to the Grand Bazaar, the vast and legendary covered market that is the biggest souk in the world with nearly 4000 shops of antiques, jewelry and carpets.

After breakfast, we drive to Istanbul Airport for our departure flight back home.
